Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can you cater?
We cater events from 10 to 150 guests. Larger events may be possible by consultation - just ask.
Do you deliver, or can you set up on-site?
Both. We deliver ready-to-serve trays, or we can arrange on-site setup so everything is presented beautifully before your guests arrive. Off-site events include a simple $0.19-per-mile travel fee, itemized in your quote.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better for event dates - popular weekends fill up. Weekly meal trays need at least 3 days' notice.
Can the menu be customized?
Yes - every event menu is curated with you. Tell us your favorite dishes, dietary needs and spice preferences, and Sumana will build a menu around your celebration. Please let us know about any allergies in advance.
How does pricing work?
You'll receive a clear, itemized quote based on your guest count and menu - documented in advance so you know exactly what to expect. There's no obligation to request one.
